Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute global marketing initiatives for a technology-focused company specializing in solutions for embedded systems and safety-critical applications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, events, and partner channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee branding, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency and relevance in all marketing materials.

- Drive lead generation, nurturing, and qualification processes through targeted campaigns and automation tools.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in the embedded systems, software development, or safety-critical domains.
- Strong understanding of technical audiences, including engineers, developers, and decision-makers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience marketing complex technical solutions or tools.
- Background in managing global campaigns and multi-region strategies.
