Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the strategic lifecycle and roadmap for a portfolio of hardware acceleration and advanced RF signal processing technologies.
- Translate market shifts and specific client needs into actionable, long-term development plans.
- Execute in-depth assessments of the competitive landscape, focusing on industry-standard modular form factors.
- Draft high-level business justifications and technical specifications to secure executive buy-in for new engineering projects.
- Facilitate the end-to-end launch of new products, ensuring operational readiness from kickoff to delivery.
- Act as a primary technical liaison for sales teams, external partners, and key customers during secure project consultations.
- Develop and deliver technical training and high-impact marketing materials for internal teams and the wider market.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering units to maintain the highest standards of ruggedized hardware performance.
Core Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in the defense electronics sector, specifically involving FPGA, DSP, or RF technologies.
- Background in steering technical projects or managing complex product lifecycles.
- Mastery of transitioning theoretical designs into functional hardware, with a keen eye for practical implementation hurdles.
- Skilled in optimizing system-level variables, including dynamic range, noise floor, and signal conversion efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in navigating the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and concept modeling.
- Competency in drafting requirements that comply with rigorous aerospace and defense specifications.
- Persuasive communicator capable of driving results through influential leadership in a matrixed organization.
- Solid grasp of high-speed open-architecture standards and advanced data processing systems.
- Experience handling ITAR/export-controlled data and working within regulated defense frameworks.
