Job Title: Field Applications Engineer
Location: East Coast, United States

Role Overview:
As a Field Applications Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales technical support, focusing on driving customer engagement for a range of application security products across the Eastern United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical presentations tailored to a technical audience during pre-sales engagements.
  • Identify and assess the technical needs of customers.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to support customer inquiries.
  • Act as a customer advocate by contributing insights to the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
  • Expertise in reverse engineering binaries and executables.
  • Solid understanding of application and cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Embedded RTOS.
  • Familiarity with embedded development tools.
  • Proficiency in developing and debugging embedded software.
  • Knowledge of static and dynamic code analysis techniques.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
